Those who have no previous experience in operating unmanned aerial vehicles or do not meet the criteria for “experienced” defined by our center.

Our center aims to provide a cost-effective, efficient, and shortest-duration training for beginners seeking to obtain a First-Class Proficiency Certificate (National License).
To achieve this, we offer a structured training plan that effectively utilizes the government’s exemption of training hours for “experienced” trainees combined with private skill training.
Course Content
The training follows the “Notification of the Standards of Educational Contents for Registered Training Organizations” established on September 5, 2022.
It includes classroom and practical training, as well as a completion examination for first-class unmanned aerial vehicle beginners under the “Basic, Daytime, Beyond Visual Line-of-Sight Restriction Removal” category.
*Uses a multi-rotor with a maximum takeoff weight of less than 25 kg.

For Experienced Participants (Basic) ※Recommended
First-Class UAV Training (Theory + Practical, 3 Days)
Target Audience
① Those who hold a private skill certification issued by a training organization listed on the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport, and Tourism (MLIT) website (with at least 10 hours of experience). ※The private skill certification must be valid.
② Those who can submit proof of at least 10 hours of UAV operation experience via electronic or written documentation at the time of application for private skill certification training and are recognized as experienced by the UAV National License Center Director.
(Additional fee: 15,000 yen (tax excluded) (16,500 yen tax included) ※Includes the screening fee and issuance fee for the UAV Pilot Training Experienced Category Certification.)
Course Content
This course follows the educational content standards established by the “Notification of the Standards of Educational Contents for Registered Training Organizations” enacted on September 5, 2022.
It provides theoretical and practical training, along with a completion examination for first-class UAV pilots classified as “experienced.”

First-Class UAV Training (Practical, 2 Days)
Target Audience

Important Notes
① This course is designed for “Visual Line-of-Sight Restriction Removal.” To enroll, you must have passed the completion examination for the “Basic” First-Class UAV Practical Training.
② This course is conducted outdoors. Before attending, the UAV used for training and the participant must be linked under an approved “Beyond Visual Line-of-Sight & Night Flight” application.
The application will be submitted by our center through an administrative scrivener to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport, and Tourism.
Since approval from MLIT takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks, we recommend applying at least one month in advance.
